1. The blanching machine is mainly used for processing vegetables and petal plants. The purpose of a blanching machine is to maintain color. The moisture inside the blanching machine is hot water, and the heating method is electric heating or steam heating. Most of them use steam heating, which is more cost-effective for long-term use. The blanching machine is completely operated mechanically during use, without the need for manual labor. The materials are fed into the blanching machine through mesh/conveyor belts or manual means. The equipment inside the blanching machine is controlled by frequency conversion, and the blanching time can be set according to different product processes. Generally, the products produced by Pu Tang need to be dried by a strong flow air dryer to remove any residual moisture on the surface of the product. This does not affect the operation of the next process, reduces manual waiting time, and increases the efficiency of the enterprise.
2. The machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel plate mesh belt conveyor, which has the characteristics of high strength, low elasticity, not easy to deform, and easy maintenance. The whole machine runs in balance and has low noise, greatly improving work efficiency. When discharging, a mesh belt is used to lift and directly transport the material out of the equipment.
3. The heating source of this machine is steam heating, equipped with an automatic control steam inlet device and surface insulation. Minimize energy waste to the greatest extent possible.
4. The transmission system of this machine adopts a speed regulating deceleration motor, which makes the conveying speed of the conveyor belt adjustable, and the blanching time can be adjusted between 3-15 minutes.
Equipment adaptation range:
Mainly suitable for continuous steaming and cooking of dehydrated vegetables, kelp shreds, squid, root and stem products, as well as meat and food industries such as beef, pork, poultry, and fish. It can be matched with assembly line operations such as coloring machines and surface air drying equipment.
